What is safety glass? It is a glass that is extra processed to reduce the risk of human injury. The safe glass does not form sharp edges when broken or keep the breakage adhered to a transparent organic film. In other words, safety glass does not brake in sharp fragments that can cut or cause an injury.

Arrised edge
The simplest treatment of the edge of the glass when the edge is blunted to avoid damage during the touch.

Grinded edge
Edge treatment leaving it matted. The edges are provided with a semi-circular (“C” type) or trapezoidal profile.

Polished edge
Edge treatment leaving it clear and shiny. The edges are provided with a semi-circular (“C” type) or trapezoidal profile.

Miter edge
This is a decorative glass edge treatment where the glass edge is inclined at a certain angle. In this way the facet of the required size is formed on the edge, depending on the thickness of the glass.
